Is there anything more soothing and more relaxing than the sound of children’s angelic voices coming together to give life to one of the most beloved songs in the world? In the clip below, you can listen to the wonderful “Little Singers of Armenia” choir performing a rendition of The Sound of Music, and it’s one of the best things we’ve seen and heard in a while.
Guided by their professor, the members of the choir, whose ages range from 11 to 18, poured their hearts and souls into this performance, and the result is definitely worth the effort.
The choir was founded in 1992 at the wishes of a group of talented kids who wanted to share their God-given talent with the rest of the world. Since then, several generations of talented children have carried the choir’s name into the future and kept its reputation unblemished. Now, the choir sings a wide array of styles that range from classical to jazz to contemporary and religious, among others.
