Being a mom is quite possible the greatest joy a woman can experience in a lifetime. There’s nothing like it. But being a mom is also a full-time job, only you don’t get to take time off. So whoever said it’s easy raising a child clearly has no idea what he or she is talking about.
As a mom, there never seem to be enough hours in the day, and you have to give it your all just to make it through the day. There are a million of things you have to do, and that’s not taking into account the unexpected, which is most definitely something you can expect when there are toddlers under your roof.
But the awesome commercials in the video below makes a pretty good point: All the apparently normal, everyday stuff moms do seem like magic seen through the eyes of a child. In their eyes, moms are real-life superheroes who can do it all and still come tuck them in at night and kiss them goodnight.
So, yes, being a mom is not easy, but it’s always worth it when at the end of the day, you look into your child’s eyes and see them looking back with love and admiration!
