Man Plants Trees in The Same Spot Every Day. 37 Years Later, Here’s What It Looks Like

It’s a big, big world, so it’s easy to get overwhelmed and feel like you can’t make a difference for the better on your own. Most people point out to officials and authorities when it comes to taking measures meant to protect and improve this world we all share.
Well, the man in the video below decided to take matters into his own hands and do something for this Planet. And his story will blow you away.
Jadav Payeng from India single-handedly turned a barren sandbar into a lush forest that can easily compete with New York’s famous Central Park. Yes, he did it all by himself, but it took a consistent effort to do so.
You see, the man started planting trees since the 1970’s in order to save his island. Each day, Jadav took time and planted a tree. His mission could ultimately save the world’s largest river island.
Still, the man knows that his effort might not be enough to save the island from the onslaught of erosion. However, he hopes his sweat and love for trees and nature in general will conjure up some magic.
This man is an inspiration. Make sure to share his story with others.
