For years, people from around the world have tuned in to watch Judge Judy, a retired Manhattan family court judge, do justice on television. Believe it or not, there have been almost 6,000 episodes of the famous reality show, and there have definitely been some notable moments over the years.
One of them is the one in the video below. In this particular episode, judge Judy had to figure out which one of the two women who appeared in front of her was telling the truth and which one of them was saying.
The feud between them started after one of them woman (Erika) failed to give back the $2000 she received from the plaintiff. However, Erika argued that the money was given as a gift and that she had told the plaintiff that she won’t be able to repay her debt.
It might seem like the case would a pretty difficult one to crack, considering there were no evidence and that it was one woman’s word against the other’s. But Judge Judy knew exactly what questions to ask to get to the truth.
This is why Judge Judy has stayed on TV for as long as she did!
