Generally speaking, firemen are seen as some of the toughest men in the world. And it’s really no surprise why. The job they do is extremely dangerous and often requires a large dose of testosterone. They are used to putting their own life at risk to overcome difficult situations. This line of work requires both a strong body and a strong mind.
However, that doesn’t mean firemen don’t also have a more fun side. It’s easy to forget that they are just humans when we see the job they do, a job that often involves them doing things that seem suited for a superhuman.
Well, the firemen in the video below prove they also have a great sense of humor- and some great dancing skills. The men danced along to the 1970’s classic ‘Stayin’ Alive’ in a flash mob, and got everybody to clap for them. But their performance has a much deeper meaning. The dance is meant to raise awareness about CPR training. The beat of the song is the exact same beat a person should use when doing chest compression.
You’ll have fun watching their dance – and also learn something useful that everybody should know.
