Antarctica is melting faster than scientists expected

This year’s ice in Antarctica reached its climax, with an enormous melting-point recorded on August 31, and is now at its second highest record value for the end of the month.
The Arctic Marine Arc showed a record high for this period at the end of the month. This behavior is shocking in view of the fact that Arctic ice has been declining for decades due to global warming.Due to this phenomenon, the Northwest passage, between the Arctic portion of Canada and the Atlantic, can now be viable for the commercial route.
