70-Year-Old Gets Her First Tattoo To Honor Late Son With Down Syndrome

Officially, there are 1,025,109.8 words in the English language. And still no words can fully describe the love a mother feels for her child. There’s nothing a mom won’t do for her baby, but unfortunately, doing it all is sometimes not enough to keep your baby safe and protect him/her from the world.
Charlotte Tucker got to live her and every other parent’s worst nightmare. She saw her little boy Bradley die, and there was nothing she could do to stop it. The boy was born with Down syndrome, and died as a result of complication from the disease.
Charlotte understandably felt like the ground was crumbling beneath her feet. She felt like the world just didn’t make any sense. But life goes on no matter what. It’s not up to us. And as hard as it was, Charlotte was determined to keep her son’s memory alive.
At age 70, she stepped outside her comfort zone and walked into a tattoo shop for the first time to get her first ever tattoo. She decided to do this as a way to honor her beloved son. You might want to grab a box of tissues, because this one is a tear-jerker.

If you like it, share the joy! Make someone’s day better!
