A few years ago in China, a catastrophe has occurred and it’s hard to believe even today. A block of 13 floors, where the workers were already doing the finishing work, simply collapsed. This construction did not break down, but actually “lay” on the ground as if the foundation had been cut off. The catastrophe took the life of one of the workers. Fortunately, the building collapsed without affecting the neighboring blocks, where the tenants had already settled. The fall of this block has not even damaged the underground utility area.
