Unless you’re a kid, the first snow is probably not something for you to get very excited about. As adults, we know that with snow often comes problems. More traffic, the risk of the car’s engine not starting because it’s too cold, snow piling up in the driving, and the list could go on forever.
Sure, winter is not perfect, but maybe we should all learn to enjoy the little things in life more. My guess is that we would all be a little happier if we would choose to see the glass half full rather than the glass half empty.
Just look at the woman in the video below. She is 101-years-old, but enjoys winter just like a little kid who sees snow for the first time.
Armand Foisy and his mother were driving through a snow storm, when the woman asked her son to stop the car so that she could get out and enjoy the feel of fresh snow in her hands. Her joyful reaction is a true reminder of why you should make the most out of every experience you are fortunate to live.
